Overview

SITUATION:

VC-backed DTC fine jewelry start up needed an experienced influencer marketer to join its small team to define its “tier 2” influencer strategy, search for a new agency partner, and oversee a critical holiday activation.

A ”fractional” contributor embedded in the org— I worked with Cast PR Manager and Chief Customer Officer on a daily basis over 6 months building knowledge + infrastructure along the way.

    RFP creation, short list development, briefings and assessment of proposals; negotiation of agency scope and fees including robust licensing.

  • Creator Strategy

    “Tier 2” influencer annual programming to build credibility and compliment affiliate/PR efforts; special considerations for limited inventory.

  • Program Leadership

    Day-to-day approvals, oversight and evaluation of agency execution; drove integration and content reuse in paid + organic channels.
